Submit poster abstracts to present at ISDN 2027
The deadline for submission of abstracts for short talks has passed. Abstracts for posters will be considered until 15 August 2026 on all aspects of development neuroscience including the below conference themes.
Environmental regulation of the developing social brain
Molecular regulators of neural cell fate and their implications for brain repair
New tools for exploring neurodevelopment across species
Perturbed neurodevelopmental mechanisms in brain cancersDevelopment and evolution of motor systems
Post-transcription regulation of brain development
Development and functions of the blood-brain and blood-cerebrospinal fluid barriers
Mechanisms and translational avenues of early on-set neurodevelopmental disorders
Neuronal morphogenesis and connectivity
Prizes will be awarded to the best posters presented by trainees
Notes for authors
As with previous events, a number of bursaries are provided by the ISDN: please indicate if you wish to apply when submitting your abstract. To qualify you must be a postdoctoral fellow within 5 years of completing your PhD (or equivalent) degree, or a graduate student that is registered in a graduate research degree programme.
Successfully submitted abstracts will be acknowledged by email including an abstract reference number, which should be quoted in all correspondence.
All abstracts will be reviewed by the Committee and once accepted, at least one of the authors must register for and present at the conference.
If you do not receive acknowledgement for your abstract submission or you wish to make any essential revisions to an abstract already submitted, please do not resubmit your abstract, as this may lead to duplication. Please contact us with details of any revisions or queries. Please quote your reference number if you have one.
